The ITC POWER 8000D-T is an enclosed diesel generator supplying 230 V and 400 V for commercial work sites, trades and professionally planned backup power. Maximum output is 7.9 kVA at 400 V or 6.0 kW at 230 V. Equipment includes an air-cooled D500E diesel engine, AVR voltage regulation, electric start and separate 230 V / 400 V CEE outlets.

The ITC POWER 8000D-T combines a 400 V three-phase supply with a 230 V output. The manufacturer's ratings refer to different outputs and must not be added together. Rated output is 7.5 kVA at 400 V and 5.5 kW at 230 V.
The enclosure helps at sites where an open-frame diesel generator would be too noisy. ITC POWER quotes a sound pressure level of 72 dB(A) at 7 m, a 12-litre tank and a 152 kg net weight. The 498 cc D500E single-cylinder engine operates at 3,000 rpm and is air-cooled.
