Our items are generally purchased goods, i.e. NOT stock items, these goods are requested directly from the European manufacturing plants or the central warehouse.
Delivery area

Shipping company
Our goods are without exception (!) shipped as an insured shipment with a forwarding company. Please understand that we definitely need your valid telephone number when ordering so that the shipping company can coordinate the delivery date with you.
Transport damage
Check the goods before signing the goods as “received undamaged” to the driver. If external damage is visible on the transport packaging, please under no circumstances sign that you have received the goods “properly”. The sentence "Goods are damaged" is sufficient to maintain the transport insurance. If you sign without this note, the insurance will expire and the shipping company will not be responsible for any damages. Damage occurs. Unfortunately, this is common in the shipping business.
Attention:
Delivery takes place WITHOUT operating materials.
Be sure to fill in engine oil before starting for the first time!
Approach route
Please note that the access route to the delivery point you specify must be permitted for trucks up to 20t.
Payment
We provide our customers with the following payment options:
Prepayment
Paying in advance provides you with a simple and secure payment method.
If you have chosen this payment method, you can view all the information necessary to pay the invoice on the page that appears after you have clicked the "Send order" button. There you also have the option to create a printout. You will also receive an order confirmation from us by email with the same information. Please always state your customer number and order number in the transfer so that we can correctly allocate your payment.
Please transfer the total amount to the account named in the order confirmation.
As soon as payment has been received in our account, your goods will be shipped.
If your desired items are not yet in stock at this time, we will confirm receipt of the transfer and try to ship the items to you as quickly as possible. Of course, there are no additional costs for you for subsequent deliveries.
Paypal
By paying via Paypal, you have a variety of payment methods available.
Regardless of whether you pay directly via Paypal account, installment payment, direct debit or credit card, you are free to choose. The entire payment process is processed via the service provider Paypal and you receive the usual buyer protection from Paypal.
You will promptly receive an order confirmation from us by email with details of the order and the payment received.

Invoice
The payment method by invoice is only available to the public sector (municipalities, cities, states, universities, federal institutions, Bundeswehr, THW etc.)
We would be happy to discuss the individual conditions personally.
If you would like to order directly online, please select advance payment, we will then change the order to “on account”.
