CONTROL PANEL
The SmartGen HGM4020 panel is used to automatically control and monitor the power generator. It can perform functions such as: automatic start/stop, data measurement, protection alarms, etc.
All parameters can be configured via the front panel or via the USB interface (or RS485) and a computer. Due to its compact structure, simple connections and high reliability, it can be used in all kinds of automatic control systems.

The RS485 communication port allows three “remote” functions via the MODBUS protocol;
Control and protection function: automatic generator start/stop, load transfer (ATS control) and fault indication and protection;
Parameter Setting: Allows the user to change the settings and save them to a memory card. The parameters are not lost even when the device is switched off. The parameters can not only be set via the front panel, but also adjusted via the USB interface (or RS485 interface) with a PC;
The numerous temperature, pressure and fuel level sensors can be used directly, the parameters can be defined by the user;
Measurement and display of the following engine parameters: temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, speed, battery voltage, rectifier voltage, number of operating hours, number of starts;
It can measure and display the voltage, current, frequency and power parameters of the network/generator.
