AVR delivers essentially the same performance as an inverter. For generators equipped with AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator), this feature limits the variation of your generator's voltage to +/- 2%. With a generator equipped with AVR you can operate sensitive devices such as computers or heating controls etc.
