Your Responsibilities
You keep the business running behind the scenes – and actively ensure that offers turn into orders:

Recording and complete processing of customer orders

Creating and tracking offers (incl. active follow-up)

Creating delivery notes, invoices, and order confirmations
-
Participation in and independent processing of public tenders
-
Review of tender documents
-
Submission of bids and documentation
-
Tracking of decisions
-

Booking of goods receipts and maintenance of item and order data
-
Monitoring of incoming payments and clarification of open items

Initiating and tracking orders with suppliers
-
Close cooperation with field sales, service, and management
What you bring to the table
-
Completed commercial training or comparable experience
-
Experience in internal sales, order management, or sales
-
Enjoy actively following up on offers and contacting customers
-
Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
-
Proficient in MS Office, ideally with ERP experience
-
Business acumen and good numerical comprehension
-
Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a certain "sales gene"
-
Experience with tenders is a plus – but a willingness to learn is also sufficient
