ENDRESS EZG 40/4 II/TN-S is a tractor-driven synchronous PTO generator with 40 kVA / 32 kW rated continuous output at 400/230 V, 50 Hz. It requires about 60 kW / 81 hp tractor power and 430 rpm PTO shaft speed. The II/TN-S configuration combines field operation with insulation monitoring and professionally installed building feed-in via a CEE 400 V / 63 A · 1h connection.

Product description
Power comes from the tractor's PTO through a geared synchronous alternator, not from a separate combustion engine. The correct shaft speed is essential for stable output; frequency monitoring assists the operator. A four-pole selector separates field operation (IT, monitored insulation) from TN-S building feed-in; protective devices on the building side must be compatible.
