The HIMOINSA HBOX+ M5 LED is a compact diesel-powered light tower for professional construction site lighting, roadworks, industrial areas and events. Four LED floodlights deliver a combined 210,000 lumens. Its hydraulic 8.3 m lighting mast can be rotated manually through 360°. With a 220-litre diesel tank and a manufacturer-rated runtime of up to 400 hours in lighting-only operation the unit is ideal for extended use with fewer refuelling stops.

Diesel LED light tower for large-area construction site lighting

From night-time construction and roadworks to logistics yards and temporary event sites, the HIMOINSA HBOX+ M5 provides powerful mobile LED lighting without a fixed power connection . Four 350 W floodlights each deliver 52,500 lumens. Together with the height-adjustable hydraulic telescopic mast, they enable flexible illumination of work and safety areas. The HIMOINSA datasheet specifies an illuminated area of up to 6,400 m² at an average illuminance above 20 lux under the stated conditions; actual coverage depends on positioning and aiming.

The liquid-cooled Yanmar 2TNV70WHR diesel engine meeting EU Stage V emissions requirements drives the built-in alternator. According to the manufacturer, the large 220-litre fuel tank allows up to 400 hours of runtime in lighting-only operation. Longer intervals between refuelling can reduce servicing effort, especially on multi-day construction and infrastructure projects.

Practical on-site operation is supported by the hydraulic eight-section mast with dual safety locking, manual 360° rotation, four stabilisers and integrated handling features. The manual HIMOINSA CET8 controller and two auxiliary 16 A sockets complete the equipment. Unlike the HBOX+ Hybrid, this model has no integrated hybrid battery storage.
