KOMPAK 6100XE-3 Three-phase Diesel Generator
The KOMPAK 6100XE-3 is an open-frame, three-phase diesel generator with 6.25 kVA rated and 6.9 kVA maximum output at 400 V. Its 418 cc D400E engine, AVR regulation and electric/recoil start suit mobile three-phase work. Crucially, only 1.7 kW rated output is available from the single-phase 230 V connection.

The three-phase KOMPAK 6100XE-3 is rated at 6.25 kVA for 400 V applications. Unlike a dedicated single-phase generator, its total output cannot be taken from a single 230 V socket. GRV POWER specifies only 1.7 kW rated and 1.85 kW maximum at 230 V. The single-phase 6100XE is therefore better for larger 230 V-only loads.
Its D400E direct-injection, air-cooled diesel engine operates at 3,000 rpm and drives a three-phase AVR-regulated alternator. The 10-litre fuel tank offers up to seven hours at 75% load according to current manufacturer information. A starter battery, electric/recoil start and ATS provision support professional field operation.
The documented connections include a five-pin CEE 400 V/16 A outlet and a 230 V/16 A socket. Motor starting currents, phase balance and protective measures should be verified before use; supplying building wiring requires proper grid isolation and changeover equipment.

Can an automatic transfer switch be added?
ATS provision is documented. Transfer equipment, grid isolation and protective systems are additional requirements.
